Konnect BPO focuses our corporate social responsibility initiatives in early childhood education and computer literacy. We look for opportunities to provide services to disadvantaged children in the communities in which we operate with better access to computers and digital learning tools. Within this general purpose, Konnect BPO specifically seeks opportunities to invest and improve girls’ access to education and computer literacy.
Our CSR programs are managed holistically by our employees voluntarily. Success and coherence of our programs are a testament to the spirit of caring, compassion and altruism among Konnect BPO employees.
These activities give our employees a way to give back as well as our customers who voluntarily support these causes. In Konnect BPO, we believe that investing in the communities where we do business makes our culture more vibrant and our businesses stronger.
