Our story began in 2016 with a small group of devoted people, a single client, and just 20 agents. Our founders had a clear vision: to offer high-quality outsourcing services to businesses around the world while creating meaningful work opportunities in Sri Lanka.
Our journey of growth has been deliberate and focused on expanding our expertise to better serve our clients:
- 2016: Konnect BPO was established with a focus on core contact center services.
- 2017: We expanded our capabilities, introducing comprehensive Human Resource Management Services.
- 2018: We embraced the power of data, launching our Technology and Data Processing Services.
- 2019: We solidified our infrastructure and quality with our first CRM Interface, Quality Monitoring System, and Correspondence Management services.
From these modest roots, we have grown into a trusted partner in the BPO industry, yet we remain grounded in the core principles that started it all: honesty, collaboration, and unwavering client satisfaction.
